The top two finishers in the presidential vote, based on exit polls, give voters a choice between distinct ideologies. Veteran center-left politician Alvaro Colom and former army Gen. Otto Perez Molina finished first and second, respectively, in Guatemala's presidential election Sunday and will face off in a November runoff, according to exit polls. |
