Pan-United Corporation Limited. The Group's principal activities are the provision of marine and specialised engineering services, trading and supply of refined petroleum, ready-mixed concrete and granite aggregate products, ship repair, ship conversion, shipbuilding, and provision of ship chartering services. Other activities include cement cilo operator,development, construction and operation of a port-cum-industrial, commercial and residential estate, hydraulic and automation services, production of asphalt, building and repairing of roadways, quarry operator and investment holding. The Group carried its operations in Singapore, China and other ASEAN countries. Marine and engineering accounted for 55% of 2002 revenues; industrial and trading, 34%; shipping, 6% and port, 5%.
