Problem is, it seems they either did or failed to do something with this process in FF4. For some reason, the same instances you mention regarding flash sometimes trigger this process to produce duplicates/clones in task mgr. Each clone is small(about 9mb usage) but if there is like 10 or more of them, well, do the math; either you terminate them one by one, or restart FF. I hope this gets fixed in future updates.
