Yesterday, the fans of Tron: Legacy which accessed the eBay site got a pleasant surprise: the ToyMaker Parker Brothers motorcycle manufacturers have created a limited edition of 5 Lightcycles that they auctioned at a price starting at $35,000.

And, from what we can see in the images, the Parker Brothers have copied the original. The motorcycles are built on a steel and fiber carbon skeleton, the wheels and rims are custom made, and the rims are made out of fiber carbon laminated steel.

The Lightcycles can be powered by either an electrical engine, or a gas engine and transmission. And because things needed to be complete, the manufacturers also added helmets that are perfect copies of the ones from Tron.

This is not the first action like this for the Parker Brothers, recently they built a Batpod, Batman’s motorcycle from The Dark Knight, which they also sold on eBay.

The motorcycles will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks after the contrast has been signed, and the buyers will be able to follow the construction process on YouTube.

In 2 days the auction will expire, and until now there are 12 offers. It looks like the Lightcycles will be successful.
