You have to consider the digital noise option. This means that it is a higher ISO level. This is why it’s indicated to use a smaller level for ISO. Also, higher exposure time may also add some noise. If you can’t reduce this deformation, you can remove it with the help of your photo editor.

One advantage for night photos is the RAW mode of your photo camera ( not all photo cameras have this mode ). This can get more color and glow than a JPEG image. This means that you can add shadows and increase the details.
