Unofficial but credible, the information according to which Sony Ericsson is very close of creating a new phone was released on the Internet. It is named Xperia X8 and has the code name Shakira.
Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 has a similar design to the one of X10. We don’t know for the moment nothing about it’s specifications. Even so, we can guess that Xperia X8 is a version with one or two less features than X10.
In theory, the official announcement will be made this Summer. That’s when we will learn all the details about this phone. Then, maybe in Autumn or Winter, Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 might be available on the market. We expect the price to be lower than the one of X10.
