One year after his death, the name of Michael Jackson generated record sales of almost 1 billion dollars. The fabulous revenue recorded have re brought the King of Pop on the short list of the most profitable artists of all time.

Right after the death of Michael Jackson, in June last year, only in the United States alone were sold 415.000 albums of the artists and 2.3 million songs of his were downloaded off the internet. His strange death has made people fall in love again with Michael, and of course, with his musical talent.

After a long absence from the stage of the world music, the King of Pop has made a tremendous come back in musical rankings. So, after his death, the success and revenue has beat all expectations.

Michael’s family continue to get huge amount of money from the sales of Michael’s music, but also from businesses that are using his name.

In the Jackson family bank account will enter at least 250 million dollars in the next years, only from the reediting of the 10 albums that Michael Jackson has released until his death.

This means that Michael will manage to beat the record currently held by Elvis Presley, who’s fortune raised in the last three decades with 1,45 billion dollars.
