If NASA’s explorations on Mars would resume themselves only to a few words, well then they will be about finding water traces on Mars. Well, they found water, Pheonix found ice on Mars in 2008. So, what’s next ?

Researchers think that it’s time again to search for life forms, which NASA haven’t done since 1976.

This time, NASA wants to bring back to Earth some rock and soil samples. Here they could be carefully studied to look for bacterias or any other life forms.

Still, a mission like this is going to cost around 10 billion dollars and may take a few years. NASA Does not afford this adventure on it’s own, so they joined their efforts with the European Space Agency.

Space policy experts say that the sync is perfect, despite the risks and high costs, being one of the most expensive mission and Mars and of course, the most complex one.

The idea of bringing rock samples from Mars to Earth to be analyzed has been around for 25 years, but until now there hasn’t been any conclusion because of the high costs and technology issues. Many think that this is the best way to find out if there was any life on Mars.
