Naomi Watts will soon fly to Cannes, where two of her movies, Fair Game directed by Doug Liman and You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger are nominated.
Until then, the actress is getting ready to work with Summit Entertainment on the The Impossible movie along with Scottish actor Ewan McGregor. The movie, inspired by the true stories about the 2004 Tsunami, will be directed by Juan Antonio Bayone and the script will be written by Sergio G. Sanchez, who also wrote the script of the Orphanage movie.
Filming will start in Spain, and they will continue in October in Thailand. Summit Studios, who are working on this movie have also bought the rights of the Fair Game movie, another movie starring Naomi Watts. In this movie, Naomi plays the role of FBI Agent Valerie Plame, involved in an international incident in 2003, when her cover was compromised by a Washington Post journalist. Sean Penn also has a role in this movie.
