Taiwanese manufacturer of mobile phones, HTC ( High Tech Computer Corporation ) asked the immediate removal of iPhone, iPad and iPod from the United States market.

HTC  filed a complaint with the International Trade Commission through which they ask Apple to remove the iPhone, iPad and iPod products from the market because they are using five patents that are rightfully owned by HTC. This move comes as a countermeasure after Apple sued HTC in march, claiming that HTC breaks 20 Apple patents.

At the same time, the biggest mobile phone manufacturer in the world is also involved in a complex law suit against Apple. The analysts claim that the companies are always fighting because of technology patents, but these law suits are often resulted in the removal of products from the market, according to BBC.

” We have taken this measure against Apple to protect our intellectual property, our industrial clients and, most importantly, our clients” said Jason Mackenzie, vice president of HTC in North America.
