After you download it, you have to unzip it, you do not have to install it. Unzip in a folder and double click on Ultimate Windows Tweaker.exe
In the first screen, the software presents some details about the Windows edition, about the system and about the name of the account and computer network ( Computer user, name and domain settings ).
The program’s option can be accessed from the menu located in the left.
The first category is Personalization, which allows you to modify the appearance of your Windows interface.
