The star of the Twilight franchise, Robert Pattinson, will play Kurt Cobain in a biographical movie about the life of the famous Nirvana singer, according to The Sun. The female leading role will be played by Scarlett Johansson, as Courtney Love, Cobain’s wife.
Pattinson looks perfect for this role, especially because music is one of his biggest hobbies and he also said a few times that he’s best friend is his guitar.
Courtney Love, which will also produce this movie, thinks that picking Pattinson for this role is a very good option. Love wants David Fincher to direct this movie, who’s title is, for now, ” All Apologies”.
Kurt Cobain founded Nirvana in 1987, along with Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl. Cobain struggled with drug addiction but also with the pressure of being famous, things that eventually ended with him dead in 1994.
