Ridley Scott gives us details about Alien 5

Ridley Scott, the creator of the famous Alien Franchise, has revealed on MTV some details about the next Alien 5 movie. According to the rumors, the new movie will expore the “The Space Jockey” story from the first Alien movie.
The action will take place in the year 2085.
The unexploded ribs of the jockey might have given Ellen Ripley’s colleagues something  to think that something not very nice happened to the famous  alien and that his ship might represent a danger for the Nostromo navigators.
Without saying if the Jockey will play a positive or negative role in Alien 5, Scott also said that a subject of one of his new protects, who’s script is written by Jon Spaihts will be the transformations of the life conditions on other planets in similar conditions to those of Earth.
Further more, the main character of the movie will still be a woman, even if Ellen Ripley ( Sigourney Weaver ) will not be involved in the production. The director said that the premiere will be sometime in 2012.

    I can hardly wait! The Alien series are the best movies I ever seen. OK, there are also the Star Wars episodes, but those are not as realistic as the Alien films. (although they are also very good)

    I love Alien Movies. What is sad, is not Sigourney Weaver make again the character Ellen Ripley… We will miss you Sigourney. My favourite alien movies are the first (1979) and the second (1986) directed by James Cameron.

    Aw man!!! This is great!!! I love the first two movies!!! I watched them when I was only two years old, and was amazed by it!! I hope it isn’t a disappointment, like Alien 3 and Alien 4.
