TV viewers have become to get used to see on some documentaries or technical shows images rendered at a low speed, showing certain processes better or things that are too fast for the human eyes.

The new video camera model released by Vision Research keeps up with nowadays technology, since the HD TV was released. This model can record full HD images at a speed of 2.8000 frames per second.

If the previous Phantom V12 model could record images at 1 million frames per second but it was limited at a 256×8 pixels, Phantom Flex can record images at a 2560×600 pixels resolution ( 1,560 frames per second ) and a maximum speed at 13.000 frames per second, at a 640×480 pixels resolution.

Camarele pot fi folosite sincronizat în pereche pentru a înregistra imagini 3D la această viteză.

Cameras can be synchronized in a pair to record 3D images at this speed.
