Katherine Heigl is very sad that she will leave Grey’s Anatomy. This is because she considers the cast of Grey’s Anatomy a family, after six years they spent together.
The actress announced in March that she will no longer continue with Grey’s Anatomy because she wants to dedicate more of her time to her personal life, she wants to spend more time with her daughter, Naleigh.
Heigl says that in all these years she made some beautiful friendships with the people from Grey’s Anatomy. ” They are my friends. They are like family to me. I spent more time with them in these last 6 years than I spent with my family. I will miss them! “
Heigl also starred in the last few years in other successful movies, most of them being romantic comedies like The Ugly Truth, 27 dresses or Knocked Up.
