Bungie has just released a information according to which they made a deal with Activision Blizzard, a deal valid for 10 years regarding the Halo Game.
The president of Bungie, Harold Ryan, said ” We chose to partner with Activision on our next IP because of their global reach, multi-platform experience and marketing expertise, From working together over the past nine months on this agreement, it is clear that Activision supports our commitment to giving our fans the best possible gaming experiences”.
Bungie is right now developing Halo:Reach, a game that has all the promise to be one of the best of the franchise.
By signing this deal, Activision has the right to publish all the games developed by Bungie in the next 10 years, however Bungie will still own all the copyright rights.
