A new set of new functions makes them useful as digital content servers. Every one is equipped with an USB port to connect USB flashdrives with JPEG files, mp3 and DivX and the EH63 model even has a slot for SD memory cards.
On every models, JPEG images can be displayed on a Tv screen at a 1920 x 1080 resolution, as a slideshow with music. The new folder creation function allows users to edit images in a new folder, only selecting the ones they want to edit. The folder can be displayed as a slideshow or copied on to DVD-RAM or DVD-R.
The EH63 and EH53 have reached a 0.3 power supply in Stand By Mode, which is compliant with the EUP regulations for 2012.
