After the manufacturer announced that the HTC HD2 model will not be compatible with the Windows Mobile 7 operating system, the new model is like an update of this phone, with a 4.3 inch screen it will run on Android 2.1
Practically, EVO 4G has almost the same specifications as the HD2, 1 GHZ processor, 4.3 inch LCD screen with a 480 x 800 pixels resolution, 1 GB ram memory. The photo camera was replaced with a 8 MP camera and offers the option to film in the 720 HD format, images can be rendered directly through the HDMI port.
The new model will be in the first lines of the manufacturer, right next to HD2 and Nexus one, being the second phone with a 1 GHZ processor that runs on Android.
Besides multimedia, the phone will be one of the first terminals equipped with 4G technology and it will be available on the market in the summer of this year.
